Certificate of Residency
Certifies that you are a bona fide resident of Barangay Monte Alegre. Commonly required for school enrollment, scholarships, and voter registration.

How an online request works

Fill out the request form and attach a photo of your valid ID. It takes about five minutes, and you get a reference number right away.

The barangay secretary checks your record in the resident registry and prepares the document for the Punong Barangay's signature. If you gave an email address you'll hear from us at every stage — and you can check your reference number here any time.
Claim your document
Show your reference number and valid ID at the barangay hall to claim the original with dry seal — or receive a scanned copy by email. Fees are paid on release.
