Nothing is confirmed until the hall approves it. Fees and any deposit are paid at the treasurer's desk before the items are released, and an official receipt is issued.

Before you book

The hall needs a day's notice, and takes bookings up to six months ahead.
Barangay activities and emergencies come first — the hall will tell you if a booking has to give way.
You are responsible for what you borrow from the moment it is released until it is back.
Leave the place as you found it. Rubbish is yours to take away.
